SLC Home Maintenance Pty Ltd provides professional home maintenance, repair, renovation, and property improvement services across Western Australia. Our services include general repairs, property maintenance programmes, kitchen and bathroom renovations, outdoor and structural work, electrical and plumbing coordination, and property inspections.
All building and maintenance work is carried out in compliance with the Building Act 2011 (WA), the Building Code of Australia, and relevant local council requirements. Electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed subcontractors in accordance with the Electricity Act 1945 (WA) and the Water Services Act 2012 (WA).
Nothing on this Site constitutes building, structural, electrical, plumbing, or legal advice. Content relating to services and pricing is general in nature and subject to a formal written quote.
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on a visual inspection of the work scope and may be subject to variation if concealed conditions are discovered during the work.
All workmanship provided by SLC Home Maintenance is warranted to be performed with due care and skill, in accordance with applicable building standards and regulations.
In addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), SLC Home Maintenance provides a workmanship guarantee on completed services as specified in your written quote or service agreement.
Any defects in workmanship reported within the warranty period will be rectified at no additional cost, provided the defect is not caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Where our services are supplied to a consumer under the ACL, you may have consumer guarantees including that services are rendered with due care and skill, are fit for the disclosed purpose, and are supplied within a reasonable time.
